People on the internet are moved by this gesture and shared the video in support. The video is viral on Instagram and Twitter, there are thousands of views on the video on Twitter.

Some of the comments and reactions are:

A user wrote in Portuguese, “Empathy is one of the best ways to change the world, but it’s a Herculean task in a world full of emotional retards, who haven’t – and probably never will – develop their mirror neurons because they’re too busy being the right reason.” (translated by Google).

People remained speechless with the efforts made by the son for her mother, what was exemplifying is the efforts made by strangers in support of the woman.

As per a study conducted by the National Library of Medicine in 2021, positive psychotherapy on happiness and character gives strength to Cancer patients. The results of the study indicated that positive psychotherapy has been effective in happiness, strengths, pleasure, commitment, and semantic measures of life among people with cancer. Positive psychotherapy can be used to minimize the effects of cancer on patients.
