BJP leader sues Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee president, CPM MLA for blaming RSS for Gandhi’s assassination

The case is posted for March 3, 2023, for hearing the complainant’s statement. Both Sudhakaran and Chitharanjan posted some references to RSS on Facebook on January 30. It was baseless, says BJP leader Sandeep Vachaspati. The Country’s judicial institutions and various enquiry commissions have rejected the allegation the accused have been trying to spread. Their intention behind raking the same issue is to create division, polarisation and enmity

To blame RSS for the assassination of MK Gandhi has been a fashion of pseudo secularity political parties in Kerala. Whether it is the ruling CPM-led Left Democratic Front (LDF) or Opposition Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF), spreading these sorts of lies against RSS is a part of their political agenda.

In most cases, the organisation has been ignoring and neglecting it. But, a prominent RSS Swayamsevak, has resolved not to leave the entire playground for RSS-baiters and be a silent spectator. BJP state spokesman and senior Swayamsevak Sandeep Vachaspati filed a case before Alappuzha First Class Magistrate Court against K Sudhakaran Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president and PP Chitharanjan MLA of Alappuzha. It is for issuing a statement defaming RSS concerning the Gandhiji assassination.

The case is posted for March 3, 2023, for hearing the complainant’s statement. Both Sudhakaran and Chitharanjan posted some references to RSS on Facebook on January 30. It was baseless, says Sandeep Vachaspati. The Country’s judicial institutions and various enquiry commissions have rejected the allegation the accused have been trying to spread. Their intention behind raking the same issue is to create division, polarisation and enmity. It is a deliberate attempt to defame RSS and Sangh-inspired organisations before society.

Sandeep’s petition prays for registering a defamation case against the accused under Criminal Procedure Code Clauses 190 A and 199. Criminal lawyers Advocate Pratap G Padickal and Advocate Harish Kattoor appears for the plaintiff.

Right-thinking people in Kerala believe that Sudhakaran and Chitharanjan will learn a lesson this time, just like Rahul Gandhi did. And this will end the spreading of utter lies against RSS.
