Guwahati: E commerce giant Amazon is financing the Christians conversion module run by American Baptist mission. There is a possibility of a money laundering ring run by Amazon and ABM to finance the huge missionary conversion mission in India. Social justice Forum of Arunachal Pradesh accusing the two organisations of running a possible money laundering ring and missionary conversion mission across India.

The American Baptist mission is running a front in India which is known as All India Mission (AIM). This is their frontal organisation which has openly claimed in their website that they have converted 25 thousand people to Christianity in North East India. Interestingly AIM has tried to hide its conversion agenda amongst the Adivasi in Jharkhand and Tribal population in Northeast by blocking Indian IP addresses from accessing their website and Facebook pages. But the Social Justice Forum of Arunachal Pradesh accessed their website openly claiming the successful conversion in India. All India Mission is registered as a charity organisation in the UK and America and conducts their ground activities of conversion through their two fronts Health for India US and Shanti Bhavan medical Centre based in Simdega in Jharkhand.  It should be mentioned that founder of AIM NJ Varughese and its head of operation Hope Howe have been running relentless campaigns to defame India in the international forum and campaigns against Prime Minister Narendra Modi led NDA government by circulating manufactured fake news.

Social Justice forum of Arunachal Pradesh alleged that the e-commerce giant is continuously and financially supporting the All India Mission through their foundation Amazon Smile. Amazon is funding the conversion module of All India Mission by donating money against every purchase by an Indian. Social Justice Forum Arunachal Pradesh urged the Indian government to immediately look into these matters as indigenous tribal people of the Northeast  face persecution and threats at the hands of these foreign funded proselytisers everyday.

The All India Mission has another front called calvary Gospel Ministries trust that plant Churches across India under a secular name Parthana Bhavans to lure gullible population into conversion. The organisation alleged that Amazon is patronising AIM in these endeavours. Social Justice Forum Arunachal Pradesh has urged the Home Ministry and Government of India to look into the possible money laundering ring between Amazon and the conversion mastermind All India mission.

Meanwhile A fraud Pastor Pankaj Emmanuel who was running dubious medical remedies to convert Assamese Hindu to Christianity fled as Kokrajhar police in Assam launched investigation against him. Legal Rights Observatory (LRO) last month filed a complaint against the controversial pastor. He was organising dubious medical camps in Bongaigaon and Kokrajhar district to convert gullible people. After the complaint of LRO pastor Pankaj’s health camps were cancelled by the district administrations. The Kokrajhar police launched an investigation on the dubious health camps and soon the pastor cum conversion mafia Pankaj Emmanuel went missing from the area.
