Kochi: After the brutal murder of former RSS pracharak Sreenivasan in Palakkad, Bharatiya Janata Party State Secretary, S Suresh, on Saturday said that the Kerala government should propose to ban the SDPI.

“Government of Kerala should propose to ban the SDPI terrorists. The law and order situation in Kerala is worst. It clearly shows that the police are unable to tackle this issue. They are inefficient to protect the law and order of Kerala. Because Pinarayi Vijayan is supporting the anti-national elements and the terrorists for the vote bank. So Pinarayi Vijayan should do something against these terrorist activities,” he said.

Calling the incident unfortunate, he mentioned that the law and order situation in Kerala was the worst. Suresh said,” Today in Palakkad, former RSS Karyakarta Srinivasan was murdered by the SDPI goons. This SDPI, anti-national terrorists are growing here with the support of LDF and UDF, especially CPIM and Congress. These SDPI elements nowadays are the enemy of Kerala people and humanity also.”

Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party Karnataka in charge Arun Singh condemned the incident and said,” The situation in Kerala is very bad. Violence is everywhere in the state.” He also added that such incidents need to stop.

“Palakkad incident shows the deteriorating law and order of the state. In a state where the Chief Minister personally handles the home ministry, it is pathetic that the entire state is in the grip of goons, the police are not in control of the law and order situation,” said Union Minister Shri V Muraleedharan. He also urged the Kerala Chief Minister to step in and eradicate the elements that were creating anarchy in the state.

“There are daylight killings, so I would like to urge the CM to rein in all such elements who are creating disorder in the state. Also, I would request the Kerala CM to allow the police to function freehand,” he added.

Sreenivasan was hacked at a shop by a group of PFI terrorists who had reached there on bikes on Saturday. He suffered multiple stab injuries on his head and limbs. An eyewitness revealed that Sreenivasan was hacked over 20 times with swords. (With inputs from ANI)
