The video of Asaduddin Owaisi’s speech went viral on social media on Thursday (December 23). The video clip going viral is reportedly from Owaisi’s Kanpur rally this month.

A video of MP (Lok Sabha) Asaduddin Owaisi, reportedly from his Kanpur rally this month, went viral on social media platforms on Thursday (December 23).

In the viral video, Owaisi could be seen threatening the people that Modi-Yogi will not be PM-CM forever and no will then come to save them.

“I want to tell the police. Remember this. Yogi will not be the Chief Minister forever. Modi will not remain the Prime Minister forever. We Muslims are silent because of the times, but remember we will not forget it. We will remember your injustice. Allah, by his powers, will destroy you, Inshallah. We will remember. Times will change. Then who will come to save you. When Yogi will go back to his muth, when Modi will go to the mountains, then who will come to save you. Remember, we will not forget”, Owaisi says in the viral clip.

This is not the first time Asaduddin Owaisi, his brother Akbaruddin Owaisi and AIMIM party leaders have threatened to teach Hindus a lesson.

In a hate speech in 2013, Akbaruddin Owaisi had threated to teach Hindus a lesson if the police were removed for fifteen minutes. The Owaisi brothers have delivered such hate speeches on multiple occasions.

In a religious gathering in Uttarakhand last week, some speakers exhorted to take up arms to save themselves. Some video clippings from the said event were made viral by the Leftists and Islamists on social media.

On the complaint of Owaisi, the Uttarakhand Police registered an FIR against the organisers of the event.

All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), party represented by Asaduddin Owaisi in the Parliament, was founded in 1927 as MIM to look after the political interests of the Nizam of Hyderabad and to oppose the integration of Hyderabad in India.

The Razakars, the private militia formed by MIM to oppose the integration of Hyderabad, were provided political patronage by the MIM leadership. The MIM was banned in 1948.  Its leader Qasim Rizvi was jailed from 1948-57 and was released only on the condition that he would move to Pakistan once released from jail.

Qasim, before moving to Pakistan, handed over the party to Abdul Wahid Owaisi and since then, AIMIM has been looked after by the family.

Asaduddin Owaisi’s father, Salahuddin Owaisi, represented Hyderabad in the Lok Sabha from 1984-2004.
