Rapists, cow smugglers, coal syndicate mafia are now ruling West Bengal, and they are trying to replicate it in Tripura: CM Biplab Deb.

Agartala: Cow smugglers, Coal syndicate mafia, rapists have come to Tripura to do seasonal politics and are trying to destroy the peace and harmony of the state, said Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb at a rally attacking the TMC chief Mamata Banerjee and her nephew.

The CM alleged that rapists, cow smugglers, and the coal syndicate ruling West Bengal are trying to replicate it in Tripura. CM Dev earlier said that great people like Rabindranath Tagore visited Tripura from West Bengal, and now cow smugglers, coal syndicates visit Tripura from West Bengal for political purposes. These people are now roaming around the state asking for votes, CM added.

The communist also helped the outsiders to make the state unrest because the left came to know that their days were ending in Tripura from 2018, CM said. He also mentioned that the party targeting lakhs of BJP workers in Bengal and killing hundreds in political violence is now talking about democracy in Tripura. He added that the political supporters of terrorist organisations are currently active in Tripura to create unrest in the state.

Union MoS Pratima Bhoumik also attacked the TMC and alleged that the party with its scripted 'stunts' is trying to disturb the state ahead of the civic body polls. She said the TMC goons are trying to destabilise the law and order situation of the state. TMC chief Mamata Banerjee and her nephew Abhishek Banerjee are maligning Tripura to cover up the huge scams and political violence in West Bengal, Bhoumik said. The union minister slammed Mamata Banerjee and her nephew as 'Sardar' of robbers and alleged that these two are dancing to the tune of a company called IPAC and taking Tripura as a soft target.
