The investigative team probing the murder of RSS Swayamsevak Sanjith in Kerala has started to investigate the Tamil Nadu connection to the murder. The team is of the preliminary guess that the murderers have escaped to TN after the murder. The CCTV visuals of the murderers travelling in a Maruti 800 car are now with the police. But the registration number of the car is not visible.
According to the police, the SDPI criminal gang was stationed at Uppum Padam in the morning itself and waited for Sanjith to come at 8:58 AM. From the CCTV visuals, it is evident that the murderers reached a place five KMs from the spot at 6:35 AM. The police are also probing whether the criminals changed cars before entering Tamil Nadu.
The police will also probe SDPI strongholds in Tamil Nadu, including Coimbatore. They are also investigating whether the specially trained murderers were also brought in from Tamil Nadu.
