Over 54 crore 58 lakh COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far under the Nationwide Vaccination Drive.
Union Health Ministry said, more than 17 lakh 43 thousand vaccine doses were administered during the last 24 hours.
The Covid recovery rate is now at 97.48 per cent. Around 36 thousand COVID patients recovered in last 24 hours. Till now, more than three crore 14 lakh people have recovered from COVID-19.
In the last 24 hours, India has reported over 32,937 new cases and 417 deaths due to COVID. Testing capacity has been substantially ramped up in the country and around 12 lakh tests were conducted yesterday.
