Rakesh Tikait, a middleman from Uttar Pradesh, has been protesting at the Delhi border for the last nine months. He instigated farmers and other anti-social elements to disrupt law and order at the border.
Rakesh Tikait is spreading terrorism at the border, and he is 100 per cent corrupt, said Bharatiya Kisan Union National President Bhanu Pratap Singh.
He added there was no problem with the new farm laws enacted by the Union Government, and there should be one Farmers Commission.

Tikait, who emerged as the face of the farmers' protest, has been regularly shifting his goalposts.
On several occasions, intelligence agencies have warned that anti-social elements have infiltrated the protest.
These elements indulged in riots on January 26 in the national capital. They not just deviated from the dedicated route which was cleared for the tractor march, they also climbed atop the Red Fort and removed the tricolour.
On many occasions, the Union government invited the protesting farmers for talks on the merits and demerits of the farm laws in detail, but they refused.
Earlier, some farmer leaders had gang-raped a young girl who later succumbed to Covid-19 in the hospital.
Farmer leader Yogendra Yadav knew about the crime but did not make it public.
