Last day Twitter had removed the blue tick verification from the profile of RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat. Following a massive uproar from the Twitter users, later Twitter was forced to restore the blue tick.

In a huge setback to Twitter, which had removed the ‘Blue Tick’ from the profile of RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat, the social media giant was forced to correct in action following a massive public outrage by the Netizens.
Twitter had un-verified RSS Sarsanghchalak’s profile claiming that there were no tweets in the past 6 months, while many of the profiles unattended in years were still carrying ‘Blue Ticks’.

Also, today Twitter was served the final notice by the ministry of IT for compliance with India’s new IT act.
