UP CM Yogi Adityanath Provides Major Relief to Covid-19 Patients, Post Covid Treatment Free in All Government Hospitals in the State

In a major relief to Covid-19 patients, the Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has decided to provide free treatment for post-Covid treatment in all government hospitals in the state.

The decision to this effect was taken on Wednesday.

The official order read “The current situation is such that patients are compelled to stay in hospitals even after they test negative for Covid-19 for post-recovery treatment. It has been decided that post-Covid-19 patients, who are staying in common wards after getting a negative RT-PCR report, will be treated free of cost.”

The Covid-19 treatment in Uttar Pradesh hospitals is already free.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is touring the state to take stock of the situation on the ground.

Till date, he has visited 18 divisions in the state covering 40 of the 75 districts.

The government has proactively arranged medical Oxygen in all the districts of the state.

The recovery rate in the state has gone above 93 per cent.
