The country is witnessing an unprecedented crisis. The second wave of Covid-19 has brought the worst possible suffering people could have never imagined.

On the brighter side, the country is standing united in this fight against the pandemic.

The governments, NGOs, businessmen, cultural & religious organisations, private individuals, all are doing their best to defeat the virus.

The Sardar Patel Covid Care Centre in Chhattarpur in Delhi has been made operational again with the help of Radha Soami Satsang Beas volunteers.

It will start with 500 beds but its capacity would be increased gradually. The ITBP would provide the doctors and medical staff.

The centre was started in July last year with 10000 bed capacity. But when the demand decreased in February this year, the centre was closed.

Similarly, an isolation centre for Covid patients has been started on a Radha Soami Satsang Beas campus in Indore with a bed capacity of 6000. It would be manned and managed by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh volunteers.
Many local businessmen have donated the money to set up the centre.

The Union government has been pulling out all the stops to ensure the required infrastructure is put in place in the shortest possible time.

The result is the Ministry of Railways is running Oxygen Express trains to carry oxygen from one part of the country to another.

The government is working overnight to fulfill the demand of medical Oxygen.

Scores of people are reaching out to each other using social media. From enquiring about availability of beds and medicines to sharing their sorrow and grief, complete strangers are trying to bail each other out.

So, how businessmen could be left behind!

Billionaires Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani are donating Oxygen cylinders and medicines to many hospitals.
Amabni led Reliance Industries have been providing 700 tonnes of medical Oxygen to states badly hit by the second wave of Covid-19.

Similarly, Gautam Adani and Sajjan Jindal are making efforts to procure Oxygen cylinders. Both the billionaires have also put their plants in the secretive of production of medical Oxygen.

Of course, black sheeps are there.

But, the country as a whole is united to defeat the never-seen-before pandemic.
