In another act of animal cruelty from Mumbai, one Taufeek Ahmad has been booked for raping a dog.
The act was caught on CCTV installed in the area.
The police said Ahmad raped the female dog on March 13. He has been booked under Section 377 of the IPC and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
Police are yet to arrest the accused as he has reportedly left for his native place in Uttar Pradesh.
The accused is a hawker in the area.
About a week back, Ahmad Shahi was arrested in Mumbai for raping a dog. In this case too, the crime was captured on camera.
