As per reports, the indigenously developed third Generation ATGM—‘NAG’ has successfully undergone a series of summer trials at the Pokhran Field Firing Range. The trials were carried out by the Indian Army from July 7 to 18, 2019. All missiles met the mission objectives including minimum and maximum ranges, direct attack as well as top attack modes. NAG has been developed by DRDO to engage highly fortified enemy tanks in all weather conditions.
