MODI SARKAR 2.0
Apropos (Change with Continuity), Organiser June 9, 2019, if 2014 was about Hope, 2019 is about Trust. Indian voters have reposed immense trust in Prime Minister Modi’s strong and decisive leadership. The Bharatiya Janata Party in this election has forced the opposition parties to visit temples, but today’s voters are so smart that they clearly differentiate between a genuine and the fake one. Such is the dedication level of Modi Government 2.0 that it has hit the ground from the very first day and fulfilled its poll promise by approving extension of Pradhan Mantri KISAN scheme to all farmers, irrespective of their land holding size. It has also approved pension for shopkeepers and small traders. Hope, the government will also give immediate attention to unemployment.

No to Salary as MP
It refers to Pragya Thakur and others not taking salary as MP. In an era when Lok Sabha members quickly pass bill to increase their salaries often in late hours of evening or night that too without any discussion, it was welcome to note that some newly elected Lok Sabha members including Sadhvi Pragya and Varun Gandhi have declared that they will not take any salary as MP. It needs to be noted that Sadhvi Pragya even does not come from a rich family. Since many MPs are wealthy an appeal can be made to all Parliamentarians not to burden the public-exchequer through their salaries and allowances in case they can afford to do so. Likewise Parliamentarians having their own residences in Delhi or who can afford without government accommodation should surrender their right for government accommodation.SUBHASH CHANDRA AGRAWAL, Delhi

Modi Sarkar 2.0 is a blend of experience, performance and diligence. The government actions from the very first day as part of 100-days working plan and initiation of fulfilling the poll promises shows it matches the aspirations of 130 crore Indians. Having a clear vision in action with a decisive leadership we can say that Modi Sarkar 2.0 is on new India’s super highway.

Let the war against poverty, corruption, illiteracy and terrorism continue. The people have elected this govt for its instant actions. Good governance, according to Sri Ram, consists of the principles of integrity, amity, accountability, transparency, rule of law, equity, tolerance and responsibility, and this without doubt is what team Modi is going to deliver, and this is what we Indians want and are going to experience in the days to come.

Environment Protection in Truer Sense
APROPOS (A Unique Contribution to Environment Protection), Organiser June 9, 2019, the wonderful initiative taken by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad in Mehsana (Gujarat) to make new notebooks by collecting unused blank sheets from the used notebooks should be promoted all over the country. This will save not only the trees but also will discourage the bad habit of ‘use and throw’. We the Indians believe in the principle of reusing the items at house, which can easily and safely be reused. This habit has been in practice since time immemorial only to save the environment. Let us start a campaign to reuse and recycle whatever is possible.

Hinduphobia
APROPOS (Hinduphobia: The Neo-Secularism), Organiser, May 26, 2019, this is not a new phenomena, but has been inherited from Nehru and Gandhi. When Gandhiji was assassinated, Pt Nehru imprisoned Hindu leaders including the then RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Guruji and thousands of RSS workers without any evidence of their involvement. It was only because Nehru suffered from Hinduphobia. Again, when Pakistan army in civilian dress along with Pathan tribals invaded J&K and inflicted lot of cruelties on Hindus, Gandhiji stated in his prayer meeting on December 12, 1947: “He heard of the murder of numberless Muslims and abduction of Muslim girls in Jammu. The Maharaja Sahib must own the responsibility and would advise the Maharaja to step aside along with his ministers in view of what had happened in Jammu and give fullest opportunity to Sheikh Abdullah (Delhi Diary, page 283). In fact, nothing of that type had happened in Jammu. Gandhiji could not tolerate a Hindu Maharaja in Muslim majority Kashmir, because he was badly suffering from Hinduphobia.
