In a statement issued on June 8, RSS Sah-sarkaryavah Dr Manmohan Vaidya strongly condemned the morphed photo of former President Shri Pranab Mukherjee that has been circulated on social media by divisive political forces soon after his address at the Tritiya Varsh Samaroh in Nagpur.
“Some divisive political forces have posted a morphed photo of former president of Bharat, Dr.Pranab Mukherjee standing in a prayer position with a folded hand during recitation of Sangha Prarthana at yesterday”s RSS function at Nagpur,” said Dr Manmohan Vaidya in his statement.
He also pointed out that these forces initially tried to create an opposition to make Dr.Mukherjee refrain from attending this function. “Now these frustrated forces are indulging in all such dirty tricks to defame RSS,” he added.
Denouncing the wicked act of circulating the fake photograph, he said, “We denounce and strongly condemn the lowly act of these divisive political forces who are deliberately trying to defame RSS.”
