Refuting the misleading reports appeared in some media, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has clarified that the ongoing meeting of swayamsevaks who are active in the RSS inspired organisations is not a coordination meeting but an exercise to share their experiments, experiences and observations. Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh Shri Arun Kumar said in an official statement that the meetings scheduled from May 28 to 31, 2018 in Delhi are not Samanvay (coordination) meetings neither these are decision making meetings.

Inspired by RSS, Swayamsevaks are active through 35 different organisations in various walks of social life. The organisations working in the same field occasionally come together to share their experiments, experiences and observations. To enable detailed discussions these organisations are grouped in various groups working in the same field. They are grouped as Seva (Service activities) Vaicharik (Intellectual arena), Arthik ( Economy), Shiksha (Education) , Samajik (social activities) etc. Such group meetings are taking place every year since 2007.
This year some of these groups have planned their meetings from 28 to 31 May, 2018 in Delhi. These are not Samanvay (coordination) meetings neither these are decision making meetings.
