The CPM rule in Kerala has become synonymous to rampant political murders in the state with Kannur as its new capital

T Satisan

The murderous attack on an RSS activist in Kodungallur, Thrissur district, is one more glaring incident of the CPM terrorism in the state. Chakkampath Satisan (45) was attacked by a gang of about 25 CPM men when he tried to pacify the situation as they were beating three other BJP workers named Jinish, Sujeesh and Subeen on November 25 evening. Satisan was brutally beaten in his head. He succumbed to his injuries during the wee hours of Sunday, November, 26.  The poor mason is survived by his wife and three children.
The witnesses say that the goons were led by the local DYFI leaders. This latest murder of an RSS man is again the evidence of CPM’s fascist intolerance, as  Satisan had left CPM recently and joined the BJP. Those who leave their party due to valid reasons are their sworn enemies or persona non grata. It has been evident always in the history of CPM- sponsored killings in Kannur. A large number of RSS-BJP workers have been killed by the CPM workers in Kannur district.
Cold-Blooded Murder
This cold-blooded murder proves that the allegations being raised by the RSS and RSS-inspired organisations are absolutely right. Recently when BJP president Kummanam Rajasekharan led a Janaraksha Yatra from north end of the state to the southern tip against the CPM’s fascist murder politics and protest marches took place in all states and in front of the CPM head office in New Delhi, Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan kept on saying that the BJP was defaming the state before the whole country.
Kummanam came down heavily on CPM’s violence and fascism. He lambasted the communists for their enmity and hostility towards SC and other weaker sections. Several SC people have suffered murder, physical attack and attacks on their properties since Pinarayi came to power in 2016.
During the same period, CPM killers hacked BJP worker Kunnummal Shyamjith (24) in Panoor, the killing field of Kannur. His three colleagues were injured in CPM bombing. They are Sajeesh, P. Prajeesh and Kunnummal Vinod. Shyamjith was attacked when he came to take the injured Vinod to hospital. Vinod’s left arm was seriously injured in the hack and he undergoes treatment at Kozhikode Medical College.
