The youth should select such a course that should give them job not only in India but also in other countries

Those who think out of the box always succeed. In the present era, it is difficult to get jobs on the traditional basis. Jobs are available in the market only for those who have some special skills. There are millions of youth who have a number of degrees but since they lack in skills they don”t have a job. That is why there is more need for skill training.
Skill training does not relate to technical education. In fact, it is that education which makes them fit for the job. Every year crores of youth graduate from universities. Many of them prepare for the competitive examinations. Many come out successfully but still many cannot. In such a situation skill training is necessary for them.
As compared to degrees, the skill training has covered a lot of youth in the country now, but still there is a scope for its expansion. This will make their future more meaningful.
At present there are 12 crore youth who are jobless or engaged in petty jobs. According to a survey from 1983 to 2013 the percentage of unemployment remained at 7.32. Today the graduates are jobless mainly because of slow economic progress, population explosion, no change in education policy according to the changing times, etc. It is not only that the general graduates are jobless in India. There is good number of medical and technical graduates who are deprived of jobs. There are many such youths who even after completing their PhD fail to get a job. A deep study would reveal good number of factors responsible for this serious situation on the employment front.
Looking at the situation the youth should select such a course that should give them job not only in India but also in other countries. But the youth are not aware of such courses. For many such courses, only graduation is the minimum requirement. Their duration is either six months or one year and after completing these short term courses the youth can get a job or start their own business by obtaining loan from the government under various schemes.
There are many such courses such as PG Diploma in Plantation Management, Diploma in Watershed Management, Diploma in Waste Management, Diploma in Organic Farming, Diploma in Tea Testing, Tea Brokering, Tea Consulting, Tea Processing and Planting, Tea Branding, Tea Marketing, etc. These courses are available in many institutions in our country. They can fetch good jobs for the youth.
Some of these courses can be attended through correspondence. Some other courses are a bit costly but important from employment point of view. For example, the Golf Management course run by National Golf Association. These courses include Business Planning in Operation Analysis of Swing, Merchandising and Inventory, Golf Design and Repair, Golf Car Filt Management, Golfer Dvelopment etc. Today number of such courses are available for the youth but for want of their proper information and guidance the youth are not able to decide as to which course they should opt for.
It is necessary that they should first set your life goal and work to achieve it systematically and then select the proper course.
