Call for Relief Assistance

The disastrous floods in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) have claimed more than 200 lives and have left thousands stranded across J&K. All modes and sources of communication have failed to evaluate the situation of the people, who have been dismantled from their houses and work places. Bhaiya Ji Joshi, Sarkaryavah-Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has paid condolences to the people, who’ve drowned in the floods. While sympathising with the people on the behalf of the whole country, he also consoled those, who are stuck at different places and have appealed people to have patience. He also appealed to have faith in him and the other citizens as they are not alone in this misfortune. Along with Central and State Government, Army, Police and NGOs, thousands of citizens are working round the clock for relief work but still there is a long way to go. Carrying forward its tradition and practice of helping others, RSS through “SEWA BHARTI, JAMMU-KASHMIR” is working 24×7 to shift people to safer places and is providing them with food and shelter. I request all countrymen to come forward in this misfortune and assist those in need.
