Former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal talks about RTI when he himself has forgotten to provide information about the foreign funds he has been getting from different foreign institutions. Home Minister has asked Kejriwal to give clarrification on the foreign aid that his party has been getting. But even after the constant reminders, the party leader Arvind Kejriwal has been silent on the issue. “We have sent three reminders so far to Kejriwal seeking clarification on theforeign aidhe is getting for his party, but he has not replied so far,” Home Minster Shinde said. In an interview when Kejriwal was asked on the issue of registering an FIR against Ambani, he insisted that it was not a political strategy to grab media headlines although we all know what was it for and what not. Here is a list of some of his double speakes during the whole nautanki. People have now found the new modified version of the proverb. They can use “Kejriwal ki tarah rang badalna” instead of “Girgit ki tarah rang badalna”.

Yes

1.Before the results of Delhi Assembly elections, Arvind Kejriwal had sweared on hisinnocent children that he will not tie up with any of the parties BJP or Congress

2.Kejriwal was supposed to expose former CM of Delhi Sheila Dikshit with the proofs and evidences he had on commonwealth corruption game.

3.He made ‘The hyperbolic promises’ of free water and 50 per cent slashed electricity bills to the citizens of the state.

4. After becoming CM of Delhi, he had said that he will not occupy a bungalow in Delhi.

No

1.But now broked his oft-repeated promise in a greed of power and formed the government by tieing up with the Congress.

2.He made the statement: “We are studying CWG files and all (Delhi) Jal Board files. We have set up an anti-corruption branch. In a few days we will start acting against the previous Government. We won’t spare the Congress” he told news channels. But later on he was seen asking the opposition leader Dr Harsh Vardhan for the evidences.

3.Later on, again breaking his promise he announced 667 litres of water just for the 3 per cent of the population and 50 per cent reduced price of electricity just for the people who logded complaint in his office, the complaints which he didn’t even paid attention to.

4. But even after his resignation as the Delhi Chief Minister, he has not left the government bungalow. It can be clearly seen, Kejriwal has PM ambitions.

Now Kejriwal is saying he is not sure about fighting Lok Sabha elections. “I don’t wish to fight the elections. I have no ambitions to become PM.”… what next???

Defamation cases by Gadkari, Ananth Kumar

Criminal complaints under Section 499 of IPC have been filed against AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal by former BJP president Nitin Gadkari and party general secretary Ananth Kumar on February 18. The complaint by Shri Gadkari was presented by senior advocate Pinky Anand along with Ajay Digpaul and Balendu Shekhar before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate Gomti Minocaha in Patiala House, Delhi. The court posted the matter on February 22 for arguments.

Shri Ananth Kumar filed the complaint in city civil court of Bangalore through his advocate Dhananjay Joshi for making defamatory statements against him by Kejriwal during a meeting of AAP in New Delhi on 31.01.2014. The Court found it a prima facie case of Defamation and granted a Temporary Injunction on February 17 against Arvind Kejriwal restraining him from making any further defamatory statements against Shri Ananth Kumar.

Shri Gadkari submitted that Arvind Kejriwal is in the habit of making false, malicious and defamatory statements only to gain cheap publicity and gain political mileage.

Message to Indian Muslims from the US

Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) stands exposed with secularist mask being removed from its face with the fact that several Urdu newspapers published advertisements by a Washington-based organisation Association of Indian Muslims of America instructing Muslims to run a massive campaign in support of AAP. They must collect funds for it and in the forthcoming General elections must vote for the party candidates.

The full-page advertisement is published in Delhi-based Milli Gazette on February 1, 2014 issue. The advertisement has the picture of Kejriwal with his party’s election symbol ‘broom’ in his hand. It is mentioned in the advertisement to participate in the revolution and join the AAP. Some telephone number is also published in the advertisement that is 07798220033 and besides this there are numbers for sending SMSes and they are 07798220033, 08082807715, 08082807716. The website aamaadmiparty.org/join-us has also been published. Headline of the advertisement – Appeal to Muslims, citizens and voters. It is said in the appeal to vote for the AAP. It is also mentioned that majority among Muslims is deprived; therefore, they have to bear more losses in comparison to others. So Muslims must vote for the AAP in a big number because they have good people in big number and are busy doing reform in Indian polity and administration. The appeal also says that it is necessary for removing corruption, misuse of religion and caste, money power, deprivation from justice and atrocity of police. Since other political parties are misusing power, there is manifold increase in these evils.

But the most interesting thing is that the appeal is confined to Muslims only.

Just before the Assembly elections AAP distributed an appeal in Urdu outside mosques in Delhi in which it was promised from Muslims that if it came to power Batla House encounter would bereinvestigated. The Bharatiya Janata Party even complained to the Election Commission and the Election Commission issued a notice to the party.
