Indraprasthan Vishwa Hindu Parishad Media Pramukh Shri Vinod Bansal said many Pakistani Hindus celebrated Rakshabandhan for the first time and it was an emotional moment for them. They said they were not allowed to observe majority of the Hindu festivals in Pakistan. Some were so happy that they danced on the occasion.
