Jagdamba Mall from Gorakhpur
The case of false cheque for Rs 21.86 crore was unearthed on September 14, 2012 from SBI Gorakhpur Railway branch. Railway Vigilance team and CBI were jointly investigating it. Two Railway employees were firstly arrested by vigilance. Based on revelation made by these two, Rakesh Mishra was arrested from Babhnan (Basti). Rakesh revealed the names of mastermind members of team Anjani Kumar Vishwakarma, Pintulal and Madhu Prakash Choudhary. CBI arrested Anjani and Pintu but Madhu escaped. CBI recovered fake notes from the house of Madhu in Barohiya village of Lalganj thana in Basti district along with the machines for printing fake notes and fake cheques. Anjani and Pintu were operating from a hotel room at Golghar in Gorakhpur presumably on behest of ISI.
ISI Hub in Nepal
In the run up to the hijacking of the Indian Airlines Flight 814 by Pakistan-based terrorist outfits, the ISI has made Nepal a hub of anti-India terror activities from where it pushed huge quantities of RDX into the country, latest US cables released by WikiLeaks say. In these cables, US officials have conceded that it is the ISI which created various terrorist fronts to carry out terrorist activities in Bharat including the bomb blasts in the busy areas of Connaught Place, Lajpat Nagar in New Delhi and several cities across the country. One of such organisations created by ISI in Pakistan was Jammu and Kashmir Islamic Front (JKIF) with its main base in Kathmandu. “To dispatch men and material and to execute explosions in Bharat, Kathmandu was invariably made the nodal point and JKIF exploited the vulnerable Kathmandu-based Kashmiri businessmen for such activities since they had a readymade and clean past. JKIF kingpin Javed Krawah himself used to run a carpet business in Kathmandu,” said the US cable signed off by none other than the then US Ambassador to Bharat, Frank Wisner. JKIF, says the cable dated July 8, 1997, was controlled from Pakistan by ISI and Tiger Memon, the prime accused in 1993 Mumbai blast case. “Their contact in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir was Bilal Beg, who was running an indoctrination camp near Muzaffarabad, funded extensively by the ISI to carry out terrorist acts in Bharat. One Colonel Farooq of Pakistan ISI tasked Bilal Beg and Tiger Memon to utilise Kath-mandu-based activists Lateef and Javed Krawah to set off blasts in Delhi before the Lok Sabha elections,” it said. According to the cable, a team of committed JKIF cadres were given a two week specialised capsule course in explosives near the Afghan border in March April 1996. In May 21, 1996, this JKIF team set off a very high intensity explosion at Lajpat Nagar in which 13 persons were killed and 40 injured. “The RDX used in this blast was brought from Kathmandu,” the cable said. The subsequent explosion in a Rajasthan roadways bus near Dausa on May 22, 1996 was also engineered by the JKIF. “Another JKIF team under the leadership of Abdul Gani and AKA Assadullah, was sent to execute a bomb blast in Ahmedabad,” it said. JKIF again planned a chain of explosions in Delhi before Republic Day 1997 at the behest of Pakistan ISI and Tiger Memon, the cable said. According to the US cable, JKIF was formed in September 1995 by one Sajjad Ahmed Kenu who is a well known activist of Ikhwan-ul-Musalmeen (IUM). Sajjad Kenu had escaped from Srinagar Jail in 1995 and had resurfaced as the supreme commander of the JKIF in 1995. Since its inception, the JKIF had been under considerable pressure from its Pakistan-based leadership to carry out bomb blasts outside J&K particularly in Delhi, the cable said.

It has become the hub of NSCN (IM) of Nagaland as well. Anthony Shing alias Ningkhan Shimray – head of foreign affairs of NSCN (IM) and right-hand man of Muivah was arrested at Khatmandu International Airport in Nepal on September 27, 2012 when he was on way to Delhi.
UNLF of Manipur
Rajkumar Meghen alias Sanayaima, Chairman of United National Liberation Front (UNLF) of Manipur was picked from Chhattauni village in Motihari district of Bihar by NIA while trying to cross in Bharat from Nepal.
ULFA of Assam
Because of foreign interference and criminal negligence of Bharat, politically instable Nepal has been the latest sanctuary of ULFA of Assam with the outfit forging links with Maoist guerrillas in Nepal. In return, ULFA is providing safe haven to Maoist guerrillas / Naxalites in North-East.
Kangleipak Communist Party (Manipur Task Force) – KCP-MTF
KCP (MTF) under N Priyo Kumar was responsible for causing large numbers of incidents of kidnapping, large-scale of extortion up to almost Rs 2 crore a year, grenade throwing and killing of innocents in Manipur. On being arrested last July 2012 from Siliguri, N Priyo Kumar revealed that KCP (MTF) was running terror and extortion network from Indo-Nepal border having set up bases in Nepal too.

Who is Tunda?
Abdul Karim Tunda alias Abdul Quddooss (70), one of the country’s top 20 wanted terrorists and mastermind of over 40 bombings, was arrested from Banwasa (Mahendra-nagar) at Bharat-Nepal border on August 16, 2013 with Pakistani Passport.
A close associate of Dawood Ibrahim and Laskar-e-Taiba (LeT) Chief Hafiz Sayeed, he was operating anti-Bharat activities from last 19 years from foreign soils and faces 21 criminal cases in Delhi alone. In addition to serial blasts in Mumbai in 1993 and in Delhi in 1997, Tunda was the mastermind of explosions in UP, Panipat, Sonipat, Ludhiana, Surat, Gulburga and J&K. He is known for using locally available material like urea, nitric acid, potassium chloride, nitrobenzene and sugar to make bombs.
Class 6th passed Tunda hails from Pilkhuwa (Ashoknagar Mohalla) in Ghaziabad who conducted terrorism from his place for ten years during 1985 and after. In Mumbai Tunda joined Jalees Ansari to form a new group Tanzeem Islah ul-Muslimeen (an armed organisation aiming to work for the Muslim community. Born in 1943 in Dariyaganj (Delhi), he is charged in 33 criminal cases in total. Interpol issued red-corner notice in 1996 for his arrest. Former ISI Chief Lt. General (rtd) Hamid Gul sponsored Tunda in Pakistan and Nepal wherein ISI has widespread network in addition to that in states of Punjab, Rajasthan and neighbouring Bangladesh. ISI uses this network for terrorism, spying, circulating fake currency notes and smuggling narcotic drugs. Major Taiyyab and Altaf of ISI were in league with Tunda.
This racket has reportedly spread its underground web in Gorakhpur, Deoria, Azamgarh, Mau, Maharajganj and other strategic places on 1800 kms long unfenced open border adjoining UP, Bihar and WB. ISI is training terrorists in Hindu rites, rituals, customs, lifestyle and art of exchanging hospitality and giving Hindu names so that they can easily assimilate in Hindu society. Indian Mujahideen (IM) has also adopted same strategy on the advice of ISI. The other advantage of this strategy is that terrorism by such terrorists can easily be declared as Bharat’s internal matter. Tunda has revealed this fact also.
