Modi got huge chunk of non-traditional BJP votes (Organiser,3.3.2013);

It  appears that popularity of powerful Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Narendra Modi has frightened the Italian National Congress as well as the electronic  and the print media. Not a single day is passed without doing rosary on him by these groups. Even though the BJP has not declared Shri  Narendra Modi as its Prime Ministerial candidate for the ensuing  Lok Sabha polls in 2014, but it is almost certain that Modi is likely to be  projected as candidate for the PM’s post. Congress has  already made it clear that the upcoming Lok Sabha elections will be fought under the dynamic  leadership of Prince Rahul Gandhi who is no match to Shri Modi. One has to admit that leaders of the Congress are not getting sound sleep at night due to Shri Modi . According  to the sycophant of Nehru Gandhi family Rajiv Shukla of Congress Shri Modi is not at all capable of attaining the national stature. If so, is it not a good news for his Congress party? In fact he and his party should have welcomed and expressed their gratitude to BJP for projecting a weak candidate for PM’s candidature. Will it not be beneficial to the Congress? Malacious and vicious campaign launched by the Congress will not at all make any impact on Shri Modi or the BJP. On the contrary  BJP will come out victorious with Shri Narendra  Modi as the Prime Minister of Bharat.

So finally Shri Narendra Modi has become the Chief Minister of Gujarat for the fourth time. The  progress of BJP in Gujarat is only due to the efforts of Shri Narendra Modi. Right now the situation has come that no leader in the country can stand  before Shri Modi. He is not only a good administrator but also a national Hindu leader. The intellectuals of the country are waiting to see Shri Modi as Prime Minister  of India.

Massive loot in the name of defence deals (Organisr, 24.2.2013);

This is with reference to the front page article in Organiser, ‘Massive loot in the name of defence deals’. At the outset I congratulate Organiser for this ‘FIR’ text. If at all CBI or Indian judiciary has got any sense of duty towards the motherland, they should derecognise Congress as a political party and send all its top leaders behind the bars, the way Jagan was sent. We all know  that GoI was silent all along. Suddenly when the government of Italy arrested CEO of Finmeccanica Giuseppe Orsi in Italy along with three other top officials including Agusta Westland CEO Brano Spangnolini GoI woke-up and  started political drama of instituting bogus CBI investigation into the treacherous 3,546 crore  deal of punchase of 12 Agusta Westland executive helicopters. We all know CBI inquiry means saving the Congress  from the charges of corruption. When from A to Z every politician from Congress is corrupt and selfish to the tilt the nation has lost all its hope of any humanity or patriotism from Congress. It was Bofors earlier, now its re-incarnation is Augusta Westland deal. Organiser has rightly mentioned the future course of action of corrupt, communal and traitor Congress. As usual Congress will find a good scapegoat, for example now they have made SP Tyagi former  Air Chief Marshall as the scapegoat, exactly the way in which earlier they made Kalmadi as sapegoat in the Common Wealth Games scam, Raja was made scapegoat in 2G Spectrum scam to save the real culprits which includes Sonia Miano, Rahul Gandhi, Manmohan Singh and Pranab Mukherjee. These excutive helicopters are too costly and as such the US has refused to buy them. The climax is that the Italian government is taking stringent action against  the bribe  givers without any demand from the  general public but in India  when the Opposition in the Parliament  and general public is shouting from the rooftops and demanding enquiry into the same deal our rulers are very busy in  sharing the loot and shielding the culprits.

Save the groundwater, save agriculture (Organiser, 3.3.2013);

This  is with reference to  the article titled ‘Save the groundwater, save agriculture’ by Dr Bharat Jhunjunwala in  Organiser, (page no. 17).  Though the writer has advocated for conservation and regulating the ground water, he has not  thrown light on recharging of groundwater. Means of recharging groundwater has to be developed. Measures such as rejuvenation of lakes and rivers, water shedding, afforestation in arid areas have to be adopted in order to recharge the ground water.

Arms dealers vested interests, mafia behind Pakistan outrage(Organiser , 3.2.2013);

This refers to the speech by Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji, at the Vigyana Bharati as quoted in Organiser dated 3.2.2013, under the heading ‘Arms dealers, vested interests, mafia behind Pakistan outrage’. He has said that “the people of Pakistan wanted peace with India. It is the arms-dealers , vested interests, mafias,  who are behind anti-India tirade by Pakistan Army.” Such goody-goody talks are made by many leaders. Either  they  do not know the reality, or are knowingly victims of soft approach towards Pakistan and Muslims,  due to mental weakness. In case of political leaders of pseudo secular variety, such statements are made to appease and please Muslim vote-bank. But such statements are very dangerous for the Hindus who get befooled, and certainly not in the national interests.  The historical fact is that, Muslim mobs have been attacking Hindus not only before creation of Pakistan and during 1947, but even now in truncated India, the homeland meant for the Hindus, in which Muslims have no moral or legal right to live. This  process is never going to end, so long as Muslims believe in Koran, their holy book. Dr BR Ambedkar was the only leader, who had the guts and the wisdom to tell the truth.  He writes in his book Pakistan  or the Partition of India that “the  Musalmans look upon the  Hindus as Kafirs, who deserve more  to be exterminated than protected” (see page-83). During 1947 Hindus and Sikhs  were most cruelly liquidated from Pakistan, not  by arms dealers, or vested interests, or Pakistan Army, but basically by the Muslims mobs of Pakistan, to whom Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is giving  a certificate of ‘Friendly people’ wanting peace. Of course Muslim mobs got direct help from Muslim Police, Military, Political leaders, etc. After all they were all Muslims?

A year of misrule and gigantic scams in Uttarakhand

On March 14, the first day of Budget Session in Uttarakhand Assembly, the Opposition BJP made aggressive protests against one year of Vijay Bahuguna-led Congress government’s misrule and gigantic scams. In the Assembly, the BJP MLAs led by Leader of Opposition Shri Ajay Bhatt, State party Chief Shri Tirath Singh Rawat and former CM Dr. Ramesh Pokheriyal ‘Nishank’ refused to listen to Governor Aziz Qureshi’s address, forcing Speaker GS Kunjwal to adjourn the House. Governor’s address was in praises of Bahuguna-led government’s one year rule and its  achievements. Dr Nishank said the Governor’s address was a ‘pack of lies’ and the BJP was demanding a CBI probe into the very address Governor was reading in the House. Dr. Nishank said Bahuguna government. has failed on all fronts, and has indulged in underselling the precious industrial estate land in Hardwar and Sitarganj causing loss of hundreds of crore to the public exchequer.  In Hardwar industrial estate, the land which could fetch Rs.273 crore has been sold off for Rs.61.91 crore to a private builder. CM Bauguna has kept the portfolio of Industrial Development Ministry with himself. A massive land scam has also taken place in Sitarganj industrial estate which falls in his Assembly constituency. A few other decisions taken by CM Bahuguna speak volumes about his empty spiel of removing corruption.As soon as he ascended to power in the State on May 13 last year, he repealed a few very useful legislations passed by the previous BC Khanduri-led BJP government, like—Citizens’ Charter Act and Uttarakhand Lokayukta Act, as inspired by Shri Anna Hazare. Repealing of these Acts has only invited an increased rate of corruption. In January last, he again attempted to weaken Right to Information Act 2005 through making arbitrary rules in order to curtail powers enjoyed under the Central Act by the State Information Commissioners, but thanks to the widespread protests in Uttarakhand by legions of social activists and people in general, Bahuguna had to beat a hasty retreat.  Bahuguna-led government has also patronised corruption by Congress MLAs in MLAs’ Fund. Through GO no. 44/11/13/56 (21)/2007 dated  January 9, 2013, Bahuguna government has allowed developmental works using MLAs’ Fund to be done by private contractors. Currently, all the works under the MLAs’ Fund are carried out by the government contractors registered with departments like PWD, RES and Municipal Corporations through issuing tender notices in public. While in the new dispensation, an MLA is authorised to issue character and integrity certificates, and recommend registration of a contractor in the office of Chief Development Officer (CDO). Moreover, instead of issuing tender notices and publishing them in newspapers, the MLAs have been empowered to get all the works amounting to Rs.3 lakh done on work-order.

Rural India losing its voice (Organiser, 17.2.2013);

 The article by Dr MK Bhat has traced the real picture of rural population. The UPA government has given no heed to improve the social, economic and political life of rural people. So despite of the fact that India is a rich country it is inhabited by poor people. Facilities like education, health and employment, etc have not been extended to the villages where 70 per cent people are living. Agriculture, animal husbandry, horticulture, fisheries are the rural based economic activities which are  not strengthened  on sound footings. Thus villagers have to go to cities for their livelihood. Will the concerned authorities take action to improve the standard in villages.
