pro-active Jehadi outfits emboldened by Muslim League in power are bent on converting God’s own Country into Terror’s own Factory.

Terror attacks anywhere in India have a Keralite touch. Be it, blasts in Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Delhi or Mumbai, there is a Kerala connection. There was a Madhani hand behind the Coimbatore blast aimed at Advani. T Nazeer is involved in the blasts in Bengaluru. Five Keralite L-E-T militants who had training in ‘PoK’ were shot dead by Indian Army in Kashmir when they tried to cross LoC from Pakistan side. Prior to the Gujarat blasts, SIMI-IM had undergone intense training at Wagamon in Idukki district. Now as a pointer to a future operation, hundreds of stray and domestic dogs are being hacked and slashed, in a systematic manner, with sharp weapons throughout Kerala! This operation, which started in Muslim dominated Malappuram is spreading to other districts like Kasargod, Kannur, Wynad, Kozhikode and Thrissur.

Hundreds of dogs have fallen victim to this cruelty. The Special Investigation Team of the State Police Crime Branch say it is part of terror module training. Tactic is to harden the mind of the cadres, psychologically for operations. They say it is part of the practice session. The Centre’s Intelligence Bureau has taken strong note of the dog’s hacking perpetuated by bike borne Jehadis. They have informed Union Home Ministry that it is part of special arms training and that they can smell a major operation!

The BJP has demanded a NIA probe into the ‘Dogs Hacking’. They said a Congress Government surviving on Muslim League’s mercy will not be able to bring out  the truth and book the Jehadis. Probe into several Jehadi attacks like Kozhikode bus station blast, Beypore boat blast, Nilambur train brake pipe cutting, Tamil Nadu bus burning etc. are in limbo. Jehadis who marched in Indian Army uniforms in Milad-e-Sheriff processions, instigated riots from Kasargod to Nadapuram, placed cow-heads on temple lamps are scot-free the BJP points out.

For long, the RSS, BJP and Hindu outfits have been warning the state and centre of a systematic operation by Jehadis to buy up land in prime areas and coastal areas throughout Kerala using fake Indian currencies. There were also RAW/IB inputs that huge amounts of currency printed in Pakistan were coming to Kerala, from Gulf in containers. In August 2008, almost Rs 75 lakh worth of fake Indian currency was seized from Mohammed of Chavakad, when he arrived at Karippur Airport from Abu Dhabi. The currency was hidden among toys. Several other Muslims were also arrested and this case transferred to NIA.

Tahir Merchant, a close associate of Dawood and Aneesh Ibrahim and a CBI suspect in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, was arrested in Sharjah in 2008 with Rs 50 lakh Pak printed Indian Currency. In 2010, he was deported from Abu-Dhabi and is in CBI/NIA custody in Arthur Road Prison, Mumbai. Aboobacker, a native of Kasargod, Kerala and also a close associate of Dawood was recently deported from Abu-Dhabi to Delhi. Interrogation of both these  revealled that for the past 20 years, they have been sending hundreds of crores of Pak printed Indian currency through containers, in ships operating from Gulf to Kerala. The currencies being printed in Quetta Jail in Balochistan at Pak-Afgan border with ISI help is sent to Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Sharjah in vegetable/onion containers. From there it is sent to Kerala, in ships, in containers. Tahir merchant has revealed that he has been having a free-run in Kerala for the past 20 years! These funds are used mainly for ‘land jehad’ and for recruitment and training of Jehadis. Tahir Merchant was brought by NIA to Kochi, recently, and he has also been made an accused in the Rs 75 lakh fake currency case.

Interrogations also prove links of Tahir Merchant-Aboobacker with Tahavur Rana, close aide of David Coleman Headley. Rana had visited Kochi prior to the Mumbai attack, stayed in a leading hotel and had discussions with several leading builders. NIA suspects hand of these ‘land jehadis’ behind the land amassing in Kochi and other areas of Kerala, using fake currencies. NIA has said major land transactions for the past 10 years will be investigated.

Apart from Jehadis, Kerala is proving a safe haven for LTTE re-groupers and Naxals. LTTE men find Kerala a safe haven for fleeing to Tamil dominated areas like Australia, Canada, Norway, etc. Similarly, there is strong naxal presence in forests  of Wynad bordering Karnataka.
