DLitt awarded on education philosophy of Deendayal Upadhyaya

Dr Kamal Kaushik, principal of Shri Krishna Inter College, Gokul (Mathura) has been awarded D Lit in education by Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University of Agra. The degree has been awarded on education philosophy of Pt Deendayal Upadhyaya. In his thesis, Dr Kaushik conducted research on division in the society, disparities, rich and poor, conflicts between Hindus and Muslims, degradation in education sector, deteriorating relations between teachers and students, reforms in current curriculum and the language policy. He has also made some useful suggestions in this regard. The suggestions have received applause from the examiners. Dr Kaushik is also general secretary of Uttar Pradesh Pradhanacharya Parishad Mathura, Zila Prachar of Mathura and co-convener of Swami Vivekananda 150th Birth Anniversary Celebration Committee, Brij Prant.
