The camp holds special significance in the RSS as the karyakartas trained in this camp would play a major role in the growth of Sangh work.

The function began by lighting the traditional lamp. RSS Sahsarkaryavah Shri Dattatreya Hosbale welcomed and introduced the guests.

In his speech Shri Anil Sole welcomed the swayamsevaks to the green city and gave a brief account of the development activities that are being carried out in the region. He said that being a swayamsewak he takes the responsibility for development of the city, and would ensure that the image of the RSS will not be maligned among the public. He described Nagpur city as the ‘Gangotri’ of Sangh work.
