THIRD Year summer training camp of RSS, going on in Nagpur since May 9, will conclude on June 6. Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat will attend the concluding ceremony. Vijaywada-based industrialist and VHP national vice president Dr Ganga Raju will be the chief guest. Kanchi Kamkoti Peeth Shankaracharya Swami Jayendra Saraswati Swamigal will recite the benediction.

Giving this information at a Press Conference organised at Reshimbagh, RSS Sahsarkaryavah Shri Dattatreya Hosabale pointed out that a total of 739 swayamsevaks between the age group of 18-40 years drawn from 39 Prants are undergoing training at the camp. So far, former RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri KS Sudarshan, Sarkaryavah Shri Bhaiyaji Joshi, Sahsarkaryavah Shri Suresh Soni, and many other senior RSS functionaries have visited the camp and provided guidance to the swayamsevaks on various aspects and dimensions of the Sangh work.

Among the participants, there are 58 Pracharaks, 41 Vistaraks, 146 students, 494 professionals including 8 doctors, 7 engineers, 18 pleaders, 144 teachers, 86 self-employed, 152 employees, 62 farmers, 2 journalists, 2 principals and 13 others. Education-wise seven are PhD holders, 150 postgraduates, 375 graduates, 114 undergraduates, 91 HSC, and two SSC students.

A total of 63 camps are being organised by the RSS throughout the country this year. Of these, 36 are for first and second year. Some of the camps began in April and are over by now. Some camps will be organised and will continue till June-July.
