BHARAT Lok Shiksha Parishad organised a Kavi Sammelan in New Delhi on May 8 for Ekal Vidyalaya Abhiyan. Leading Hindi poets from different parts of the country participated in the Kavi Sammelan. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Nand Kishore ‘Nanduji’ said Ekal Vidyalaya is the answer to majority of the problems that many backward areas of the country face today. Describing the Ekal Vidyalaya Abhiyan as a bridge for social harmony he said the Abhiyan aims to start one lakh Ekal Vidyalayas in coming years. Prominent poets who presented their poems at the Sammelan included Shri Madan Mohan Samar from Bhopal, Prof. Ashok Batra from Sonepat, Shri Dinesh Raghuvanshi from Faridabad, Shri Dinesh Yagnik from Madhya Pradesh, Shri Gajendra Solanki from Delhi and Shri Rajesh Chetan from Delhi.
