CONDEMNING Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi’s remarks made to US representative Timothy that saffron terror is more dangerous to Bharat than the Islamic terror, VHP general secretary Dr Pravin Togadia expressed serious doubts about the national integrity of the ‘prince’ Gandhi. Criticising Rahul Gandhi for such a remark Dr Togadia said, “We wonder as to how suddenly from Home Minister P Chidambaram and to former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh and a group of office bearers of Congress as well as a few Union Ministers have started to blame Hindus as saffron terrorists. But with Rahul Gandhi’s leak on WikiLeaks explains it all. All others who blamed Hindus as saffron terrorists have been doing so at the instance of Rahul Gandhi who shamelessly expresses his hatred about Bharat’s Hindus to an American representative! Gone are the days of relishing the family image of father opening Ram Mandir locks; Rahul is not only anti-Hindu but also is anti-Bharat. The ruling party’s general secretary, whom the sitting Finance Minister terms as next Prime Minister, has no respect to Bharat and Bharat’s Hindu. He has no qualms even about defaming Bharat’s Hindus to an official American representative! VHP condemns this most anti-Hindu and anti-Bharat behaviour of Congress general secretary and demands an unconditional apology from the Congress party as well as Rahul Gandhi for humiliating, insinuating and degrading Bharat and Bharat’s Hindus on an international arena. It also shows Rahul’s lack of diplomatic maturity as to what to say where and to whom and what not to say,” he said. (FOC)
