Training camp for BMS full-timers

AN all India training camp of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) full-time workers was held at Khatu Shayam in Rajasthan from October 11 to 13. A total of 83 workers underwent training at the camp. The total of 13 sessions on different topics were conducted at the camp. RSS Akhil Bharatiya Pracharak Pramukh Shri Madan Das also addressed the workers at the camp. He spoke on conduct and working style of the full-time workers.

The camp began with lighting the lamp by BMS national president Shri Girish Awasthi. The topics discussed at the camp included: Kinds of full-time workers, role of full-time workers, need of developing contact for the organisation and methods of developing better contacts, impressive dialogue and successful dialogue, why the dialogue stops?, objective of tour, cautions to be adopted during the tour, achievements of the BMS, efforts to increase the work among unorganised workers, move to the village, present economic scenario and challenges, constructive activities, extending help to get employment to the unemployment workers, etc. Shri Ramprakash Mishra, Shri KC Mishra, Shri V Surendran, Shri Pawan Kumar, Shri RV Subbarao and Shri Baijnath Rai guided the workers in different sessions.
