Selling, according to the author, is like cooking a dish. “In order to get a delicious dish, you have to have the right proportions cooked at the right temperature and mixed in the right order. Similarly if any of these items is poor, it is a recipe for disaster. It doesn’t matter in what combination it is.”
Unfortunately this is a very mediocre book by the author of the best seller You can Win.
