Second national convention of Rashtriya Kavi Sangam

THE second national convention of Rashtriya Kavi Sangam was organised in New Delhi from January 2 to 3. More than 400 poets from 20 states of the country participated in the convention. The Kavi Sangam was formed in 2007 on Valmiki Jayanti day with the inspiration of senior Sangh Pracharak Shri Indresh Kumar. Shri Jagdish Mittal is the national convener of the Sangam.

Inaugurating the two-day convention former RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri KS Sudarshan said the revival of Indian culture would begin from the year 2011. He called upon the poets of Rashtriya Kavi Sangam to prepare the society to bear the responsibility of leading the world. Representative of Acharya Mahaprajna, Gaurav Muni Shri Tarachand was also present on the occasion. A poetry collection of Acharya Mahaprajna, Anubhav ke Bol, was also released at the function.
