Noted columnist Shri Hridya Narayan Dixit and senior journalist of Orissa Shri Arun Kumar Panda were honoured with Bhanu Pratap Shukla Samman in Bhubaneswar on June 28. Shri Arun Panda was the state VHP organising secretary and worked as associate-editor of Oriya daily The Samaj. Instituted by Rashtra Dharma, Lucknow, in the memory of the late Pt Vachanesh Tripathi, the Samman consists of a cheque of Rs 21,000 each, memento and citation. Presenting the Samman RSS Sahsarkaryavah Shri Dattatreya Hosabale described Hindutva as the identity of Bharat and said there is no difference between nationality and Hindutva. Shri Anand Mishra ‘Abhaya’ editor of Rashtra Dhrma was also present on the occasion.
