Achuthanandan and Pinarayi may be fighting to the finish like Roman Gladiators or Japanese Sumos but CPM has converted Kerala into a lawless primitive State, where daylight quotation murders, violence against women, children and elders rule the day. Worse, as in all times, the CPM has enforced ?cell rule? in the State where the entire State machinery is under CPM control, particularly Police and Jails.

In a continuing saga CPM, DYFI goons stormed the Peroorkada Police Station in the heart of capital Thiruvanantha-puram and brutally attacked Circle Inspector D Asokan on February 18.

Two DYFI gangsters Sudeesan and Manikantan wanted in several cases of murder, robbery, arms and explosive crimes including bomb making etc. were arrested on February 18 from a car owned by a top district CPM functionary. They were taken to the Peroorkada Police Station for formalities and were produced in court the next day. Immediately CPM local secretary Anil and DYFI leader Sukesan barged into the Circle Inspector'sroom and demanded letting off of the two criminals and the seized vehicle. When the CI refused, they collected a mob of almost 100 making continuous calls on mobile. The mob attacked the CI, Sub Inspector Nazir and about 15 policemen in the Station. Even women constables were not spared. The CI has fingers broken and deep injuries in his right hand. Their attempts to forcibly take away the arrested goons and car were thwarted by the DCP and ACP, who on alert, rushed with huge Police reinforcements.

But as an insult to the whole Police force of the country, where martyrs like Omble fought with lathis to arrest Ajmal Kasab, top Police officials are negotiating with CPM leaders for whitewashing this incident! Shame! Shame!

This is not the first time the CPM has targeted the Police. Immediately after they came to power in 2006, SFI goons raided the Pathanamthitta Police Station for release for an SFI leader who was arrested for misbehaving with a girl student. Policewomen in the station were brutally attacked. A few months back 100 strong CPM/DYFI gang members attacked the Kottackal Police Station in Malappuram district and forcibly took away a Muslim CPM cadre who was arrested for attacks on RSS. Recently in Thiruvananthapuram, SFI leaders violating traffic rules beat a traffic constable publicly on the road. When they were arrested by a mobile party, they showered abuses on them. Later hundreds of SFI goons attacked the Police station for release of the comrade and the Police Commissioner was manhandled.

Prisons have also become a Red fortress of the CPM. CPM men undergoing imprisonment for attacks/murder on the RSS, move together and attack the RSS prisoners, imprisoned for resisting CPM savagery. Swords, sharp tools, drugs, mobile, cigarettes and even girls are made available to these CPM goons by the prison staff. Recently few RSS prisoners were shifted from Kannur to Thiruvananthapuram jail since CPM prisoners tried to murder them. Recently an RSS prisoner was hit by an iron bucket by CPM goons at Thiruvananthapuram prison. While parole is denied to RSS prisoners even for death etc. of parents, CPM men spend their entire jail term on parole.

Other government offices and departments also face the orgy of CPM cell rule. Gheraos, abuses, character – assassinations of honest and independent staff is the order of the day. Even women CPM activists have no shame in slamming, ?outraging modesty? and ?sexual harassment? charges on men belonging to Congress, BJP and upright officers.

The upright Accountant General of Kerala, who enforced discipline in his office was slapped with sexual harassment cases by women employees at the Kerala Women'sCommission.

Emaciated Younger Commie CPI, who will not get more than 500 votes in any constituency of Kerala, if it stands alone, is not far behind in high-handedness. CPI Minister C Divakaran and State Secretary Veliyam Bhargavan forcibly took away a woman corporator from police custody, who was arrested, far slapping a woman constable publicly, during an agitation.

Courts and Judges have also borne the brunt of CPM attacks. Whenever an anti-CPM judgement is passed, especially convicting CPM goons in murder cases of RSS workers, judges are humiliated and their effigies are burnt. The former Chief Justice of Kerala, was the specific target of CPM/SFI since he passed several anti CPM and anti LDF regime judgments.

If this trend continues, Kerala is in the process of becoming akin to a banana republic in interior Africa, where the president'sword is final and opposers will be cooked in the cannibal pot and consumed.
