Time and again, Islamic jehadis have been saying, ?We will make Kerala, Kashmir.? The shooting dead of four Keralites by security forces in Kashmir in the first week of October has proved that Kerala is becoming another Kashmir. Terror in the name of jehad is being exported to Kashmir, courtesy the CPM regime of Kerala. A tourist heaven destroyed and God'sown country following!

In the first week of October, in Kashmir'sLolab Valley, the army intercepted five heavily armed militants, attempting to cross LoC to go to PoK. In the encounter, two were killed and three escaped. The dead militants had several papers including diagrams and literature in Malayalam regarding assembling of bombs and IEDS. They also carried voter ID Cards in Malayalam. Two days later, among militants killed in Kupwara in the encounter with security forces, there were two Keralities. They also carried papers, Kerala bus tickets etc.

Although the Kashmir police forwarded this information to the CPM regime and Kerala Police, the information was not taken seriously.

With RAW, IB and Military Intelligence receiving explosive information that scores of jehadis from Kerala, routed through SIMI and Indian Mujahideen, have joined Lashkar-E-Toiba and Hizbul Mujahideen and are receiving training in PoK camps, the Centre woke-up. This was passed on to the state government and police for prompt follow-up action, since it was the first time after 1947 that other states men were killed in Kashmir, in the encounter with security forces. First instance of terror export from another state of India to Kashmir, an explosive reality!

Despite jehadi terror being a reality since 1980s, an Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of the Kerala Police was constituted only in the wake of this explosive alert. On October 19 the ATS arrested Abdul Jaleel, a member of the Jehadi militant NDF. His interrogation revealed that he had regular telephonic conversation with two Kerala militants killed in Kashmir. Nazeer, a relative of Abdul Jaleed was also arrested. He was a close associate of Imam Ali, who was shot dead by Bangalore Police and who was trained by ISI in Bangladesh. Imam Ali was responsible for the blast in RSS office, Chennai.

Four NDF men Thaha, Nizar, Askar and Mohammed Nizar were arrested for recruiting jehadis and sending them to PoK for fighting Indian security forces.

Police and IB investigations have revealed that the four Kerala militants killed in Kashmir are Mohammed Fayaz, Abdul Rahim, Mohammed Yasin and Mohammed Fayees. They belong to Kochi, Thrissur, Malappuram and Kannur districts of Kerala. They have been members of Abdul Nasser Madhani'sISS/PDP, SIMI and lastly NDF. Moreover they had good connection with the local CPM leadership since they also doubled up as local goons, thugs and rowdies. In a gold theft case, CPM/DYFI leader Farooq had stood bail for Mohammed Fayaz. Police investigations revealed explosive information that almost 100 youth are missing from Muslim homes in Kannur and Malappuram alone.

The police on October 25 arrested Faisal for recruiting Fayaz to Kashmir. His interrogation revealed that he has sent almost 300 youths from various parts of Kerala to Kashmir. They have become militants fighting the security forces in Kashmir after getting trained in Lashkar and Hizbul camps in PoK. They regularly cross the LoC for receiving arms, ammunition etc. Faisal identified highly emotional cadres of PDP-NDF etc. brainwashed them to radical Islam and escorted them to Kashmir. He has been regularly visiting Kashmir, POK since 2001. There are also reports that LeT Commanders come for recruitment and Rs. 25 lakhs are paid for jehadis going to Kashmir.

The CPM is wholly responsible for the export of Kerala jehad to Kashmir. Despite warnings by intellectuals, independent opiners and media, the CPM has been showing a soft attitude towards jehadi extremism, to garner the Muslim votes of Kerala. The CPM'sattitude paid off, as it won resounding victories in the 2004 Lok Sabha and 2006 Assembly polls, but at what cost? It was cringing at the feet of all jehadi outfits like NDF, PDP, SIMI, ISM, Jamaat-e-Islami, Kanthapuram Musaliar etc. Moreover at the ground level, most of the Muslim cadres of CPM are also members of NDF, PDP, SIMI etc. Also CPM and NDF gangup to murder RSS cadres, the only nationalist voice in Kerala.

Moreover when the Gujarat Police disclosed the training taken by SIMI/IM terrorists at Wagamon in Kerala before the Gujarat bombings, Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, mocked at the impartiality of the ?BJP Police? of Gujarat. Similar was his reaction to the arrests of Sibily and Saduli at Indore in Madhya Pradesh.

Investigations into burning of Tamil Nadu bus at Kochi, demanding release of Madhani from Coimbatore Jail, Beypore boat blast, gelatine sticks haul, blast at Kozhikode bus-stop, Pak Quetta printed Indian currency arriving in containers in Kochi, regular haul of guns, pistols have been going at snails pace due to the CPM jehadi quid pro co.

Madhani, released from Coimbatore Jail, was given a hero'swelcome, public reception in which CPM ministers participated and Z category security, not available even to Kerala CM. The government gave a tuppence to army, IB, RAW and Coast-Guard warnings of jehadi'spurchasing isolated islands, large stretch of coastal lands and huge estates for training militants. All for Muslim votes!

Had the state of Kerala acted promptly, the blasts in several states of India engineered by SIMI/IM and export of terror to Kashmir, could have been nipped in the bud.

On August 15, 2006, almost 20 youths of banned SIMI had assembled in Aluva near Kochi for a meeting. Although local police arrested them, they were let off following intervention by CPM higher-ups. Later investigations have proved that Sibiliy, Saduli, Kamakutty etc. who been arrested for blasts in various parts of India like Ahmedabad, Indore, Jaipur and Mohammed Yasin who was killed in Kashmir had attended this meeting.

Also 40 youths had attended the Wagamon Camp near Kottayam conducted by SIMI/IM in December 2007, where chemical bombs were tested. Many of the participants of Wagamon camp were involved in the Gujarat blasts.

Despite pouring Intelligence inputs, the Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan is not taking strong action against jehadi outfits like PDP, NDF, SIMI etc. for fear of losing Muslim votes. Infact, he himself won in Thalassery in Kannur district thanks to the open support of NDF.

Even in this explosive situation, the CPM is playing politics. With Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan emerging as a third axis in the CPM-group war, State Secretary Pinarayi Vijayan has trained his guns at him, raising the bogey of NDF. Pinarayi Vijayan has called the NDF ?a terrorist recruitment agency? and an ?anti-national? outfit. He has accused it of brainwashing Muslims into ?radical jehad?. With Kodiyeri Balakrishnan adopting a pro-NDF attitude, Pinarayi wants to create a pro-Hindu image capitalising on the Hindu fear psychosis.

Neros playing fiddle when Rome is burning. God Save Kerala?God'sOwn Country!
