Vishwa Samvad Kendra, Varanasi, organised a symposium on August 14 to remind the countrymen of their resolve for the integration of the country. Speaking at the symposium, Dr Hansnarayan Singh ?Rahi?, publisher of Chetna Pravah, said with the division of the country the birthplace of Guru Nanak and many other temples of Hindus became alien for them. He said not only Pakistan and Bangladesh became separate identity but there are still efforts to divide the country. The weapon adopted for this is the increase in population in border areas. Dr Radhakant Mishra, Principal of DAV Inter College, called upon the countrymen to resolve for uniting the country. Shri Ramsuchit Pandey, member of RSS Prant Karyakarini, said a large section of Muslims have not mingled with mainstream so far. The day they mingle themselves with the rest of the countrymen, India will be reunited.  (By Loknath)
