It is essential to decide one'saim of life. The moment we do this, not only is our future altered but our present too gets transformed. Maybe we have ignored others and not thought about them; maybe we do not have sufficient time for our health; maybe we cannot save money for our future. But the moment we decide and commit ourselves to an aim, we start giving attention to these aspects. Once we achieve our aim, automatically the way to live life will change completely and totally.
The book is divided into seven parts, with each part dealing with a particular aspect of life. Part one introduces us to the complete aim?relinquish one'sworldly desires and succeed in the material world, which consequently leads to success in the spiritual and mental world. An individual may have many aims but satisfaction is achieved only after achieving the aim. However, man is unaware that hidden behind every aim is the underlying aim of living a complete life. This is called the complete aim as it is the aim beyond the aim of realising one'spotential and then expressing it. It aims for self-liberation, followed by aiming for self-development, followed by aiming for self-expression. Self-liberation refers to freedom from negativities such as fear, worry, anger, etc.; self-development refers to improvement of positive qualities; and self-expression refers to demonstrable results in life due to development of positive qualities.
Part second elaborates on how a complete aim marks the first step for a complete life. People who transform their health completely by working on the physical plane are called ?resolutes?. The first stepping-stone is to develop a goal and then be a resolute?an aim- bearer. Countless examples of women losing their entire families in accidents and subsequently learning to live for the sake of their children in times of grief and dejection are given in the book. This gives them an aim in life, helping them to surmount every obstacle.
Part third talks of physical transformation by encountering the body. It talks of the five requirements of the body?exercise, pranayama, timely rest, optimum rest and interesting work for the body and a mechanism that is neither too much nor too little. The six doctors, according to the author of the book are air, sunlight, nutrition, water, exercise and relaxation.
To be liberated from fear, worry or anger or to improve one'sconcentration, learning abilities and meditation techniques, one can transform one'smental plane as shown in Part four. For instance, ?anger is a feeling of seething rage.? A person ruins years of hard work within a few seconds when in a fit of anger, he resigns from his post in his office and later sheds tears of sorrow over it.
To transform one'sfinancial life completely, read Part five as it gifts you with a new perspective on life and provides a new direction. Here it is essential to realise that more is not everything or that money is God. Money does not mean anything but one should not run away from it either, fearing it to corrupt his mind or relationships. ?Learn to be comfortable with it,? advises the author.
If you are comfortable amidst people or want people to be inspired by you, then Part six shall assist you in transforming your social plane completely. This chapter provides true magical steps needed towards good human relations?observation, appreciation and being a good news reporter. The first two are self-explanatory while good news reporter means that if you extend a piece of good news, then you will receive two bits of good news. ?This goes on doubling?spreading a wave of happiness among people.?
Part seven unveils the myths of spirituality and guides you in complete transformation of your spiritual plane.
Tejguru Sirshree says that these seven parts bestow, upon a human being, achievement of the complete aim, which in turn signifies a state where our inner world and the outer world become one; ?when your outer world is a demonstration of the inner world; where those in the outer world truly love you and cherish you for who you are and as you are. They love you because you love them. The world likes those who are whole and perfect and those who are deceit-free and honest. They alone are the true heroes of the future.?
In other words, the book emphasises that understanding is central to determining the path of truth and attainment of the final truth.
