Janjati Vikas Samiti Nagaland, affiliated to Akhil Bharatiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, is organising a seminar in Kohima, the state capital of Nagaland, on August 25 and 26. Prominently two themes have been chosen for the seminar-western influence and illegal immigration in northeast India-a threat to socio-cultural identity of the people and a danger to sovereignty of nation. People from all states of northeast will participate in the musing. A number of reputed scholars are expected to present their papers at the seminar. (FOC)
