Mohammed Fahd had got several passports giving false documents and addresses. IB and RAW have asked Kerala to apply utmost care while issuing these documents of identity, which now carry photo.
But who cares for IB warning? Passport offices in Kerala have reportedly been asked to issue passports without any verification to Muslim fanatics, by the Union Minister of State, E. Ahmed, a Muslim Leaguer from Kerala!
