Shri Rajkumar Agrawal, an industrialist from Jamshedpur, presided over the function. Earlier, Dr H.P. Narayan, noted neuro-surgeon and state vice president of Vanvasi Kalyan Kendra, said Vanvasis have integral relation with culture and civilization. He said the Vanvasi Kalyan Kendra is strengthening unity among the Vanvasis. Shri Moren Singh Poorti, national vice president of Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, said the prime objective of Kalyan Ashram is to make Vanvasis self-reliant and self-confident. He said the Vanvasis have much to give to the whole country. ?Vanvasis are not narrow-minded. While living in Jharkhand they think about the whole country. Their life is based on pure cooperation,? Shri Poorti added. Dr Girdhari Ram Gaujhu ?Giriraj?, editor of the souvenir, said Kalyan Ashram is working for making a samras samaj.
