Renowned Yoga Guru Swami Ramdev has declared that Bharat will become a super power by the year 2011. He was speaking at a function held at Har Ki Pauri in Haridwar to welcome him after his return from the UNO. He said poverty could be removed from the entire world through yoga and Ayurveda. Swami Ramdev was brought at the Har ki Pauri through a grand procession where he also performed the Ganga aarti organised by the Ganga Sabha.

Swami Ramdev said the Hindu culture is unique and the whole world would accept its greatness. ?Bharat will be recognised in the entire world in the fields of yoga and Ayurveda and the world will start acclaiming the greatness of Hindu culture. No force can prevent Bharat from shining in the world for its message of Sarve bhavantu sukhinaha, sarve santu niramaya.

Founder of Bharat Mata Mandir Mahamandaleshwar Swami Satyamitranand Giri compared Swami Ramdev with Mahatma Gandhi and Swami Vivekanand who worked for Bharat'sgreatness and welfare of the entire humanity. ?Swami Ramdev has been doing the yeoman'sservices to the whole world and good results of his efforts are coming out,? he said further adding that the whole saint society will co-operate Swami Ramdev in his mission so that the world again recognises the spiritual values of India and greatness of her culture. Swami Divyanand said Swami Ramdev has increased the honour of India in the world. Invitation to him from the UNO is an instance of this.

Swami Hansdas and Mahant Rajendra Das appreciated Swami Ramdev'sefforts of removing poverty from the whole world and his efforts will certainly bring fruits. Shri Satpal Brahmachari, Swami Harichetananand, Shri Purushottam Sharma, Swami Chidanand Muni Maharaj and various other saints and mahants of several ashrams and akharas also appreciated Swami Ramdev for making India shine on the world map. Rishishwaranand, Harivallabhdas Shashtri, Sharadpuri, Karanpuri, Pravanand and Jagdish Muni were also present on this occasion and offered a crown made of silver to Swami Ramdev as an honour.
