The Chhattisgarh unit of Rashtriya Sikh Sangat along with a number of social, cultural organisations and political leaders felicitated the state Chief Minister, Dr Raman Singh for his selection as the best Chief Minister of the country by India Today recently. A delegation of more than 200 distinguished people led by the state Home Minister, Brijmohan Aggarwal, RSS Kshetriya Prachar Pramukh, Shantaram, state Education Minister, Rajesh Munat and Raipur'sMayor, Sunil Soni, felicitated the Chief Minister. The Sikh Sangat leaders honoured Dr Singh by presenting him a pagari and a siropa.
