A full-fledged “Grooming Jihad” racket is alleged to be operating out of the JK Palace Road Nadrabag Masjid in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh with Islamists at the center of an organised network of sexual exploitation, forced conversions, and even armed intimidation.
According to complaints and testimony from victims, clerics Imtiyaz Hussain, Irfan Haji, Zakir, Sagun, Lateefa, and Israr are accused of systematically trapping Hindu girls, forcing them into Islam, drugging them, filming their nude videos, and subjecting them to sexual slavery. Many of the girls, the complainants say, were raped repeatedly, some went missing under mysterious circumstances, while others were coerced into conversion.

Woman’s testimony: Family destroyed, 17 relatives dead
One of the most damning testimonies comes from a woman who claimed that her family was completely torn apart by this network. She alleged that her mother was gang-raped for 14 years, her family was forced into Islam under threat, and 17 members of her extended family were killed as part of this grooming and intimidation cycle.
Her statement paints a horrifying picture of systematic targeting, where women are first trapped, then blackmailed with explicit videos, and finally subjected to relentless abuse in the name of “conversion.”

What makes the Rampur case even more disturbing is the video evidence reportedly from inside the Nadrabag Masjid itself. The footage shows pistols, live cartridges, and packets of condoms scattered around, alongside a man identified locally as the masjid’s imam. The presence of arms and illicit material within a place of worship has ignited widespread anger, with locals demanding immediate action against what they see as the criminal misuse of a religious institution for Jihadist grooming.
The Rampur Police initially attempted to play down the incident, attributing it to a “family property dispute.” In a statement, police said:
सन्दर्भित प्रकरण में क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर के नेतृत्व में गठित टीम द्वारा स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर जांच की जा रही है, जांच से जो भी तथ्य प्रकाश में आएंगे उनके आधार पर अग्रिम कार्यवाही की जाएगी ।
