Mumbai, June 28, 2025 – In a profoundly shocking and heartbreaking development, actress and model Shefali Jariwala, widely recognized as the iconic “Kaanta Laga” girl from the early 2000s, has tragically passed away at the age of 42. According to reports from journalist Vickey Lalwani, Shefali was rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Andheri, Mumbai, late on Friday night. He further informed media that her body is being transferred to Cooper Hospital for a post-mortem examination, the results of which are awaited to ascertain the exact cause of her untimely death. Some initial reports have suggested a cardiac arrest as the cause, though official confirmation is pending.
