J&K: Sewa Bharti Kashmir Province wages strong protest against Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 tourists were killed

In the aftermath of the devastating terrorist attack in Pahalgam that claimed the lives of 26 tourists, Sewa Bharti Kashmir Province has staged a protest, vehemently condemning the brutal act of violence. The organisation has voiced its strong disapproval of the attack, highlighting the immense loss of innocent lives and demanding justice for the victims and their families

Sewa Bharti denounces Pahalgam Terror attacks

Sewa Bharti Kashmir Province held a strong protest in Srinagar on April 23 against the brutal killing of tourists in Pahalgam. The protest, led by Vice President Dr Farooq Ahmad Dar, Media Incharge Manzoor Ahmad Dar, and dedicated Karyakartas of Sewa Bharti, condemned the cowardly act and demanded immediate justice for the victim.

Speaking at the protest, Dr. Farooq Ahmad Dar said, “The murder of an innocent tourist is not just an attack on a person, but an assault on the image of Kashmir. We will not allow such elements to sabotage peace and brotherhood.” He urged the administration to take swift and decisive action to identify and punish the culprits.

Manzoor Ahmad Dar emphasised the need for better security measures in tourist zones and called on civil society to unite against such acts of violence. The Karyakartas raised slogans for justice and peace, stressing that Kashmiris stand with the victim’s family.

Sewa Bharti reaffirmed its commitment to promoting harmony and condemned all forms of violence. The organisation expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and called for peace to prevail across the Valley.

In the attack, the Islamic terrorists ascertained the identities of the tourists by checking their identity cards and on knowing that they are Hindus, they shot them dead. in the Pahalgam area of Anantnag district on April 22.
