Venkaiah Naidu to inaugurate Lokmanthan 2024 exhibition at Shilparamam, asserting unity through culture

Bhagyanagar: Shilparamam, the iconic cultural village in HITEC City, is set to host the grand inauguration of the much-anticipated Lokmanthan 2024 exhibition tomorrow, November 21, 2024, at 9:30 AM. This event promises a vibrant celebration of India’s rich cultural heritage and is open to everyone.

The program will begin with a Mangala Sasanam by the esteemed scholar Shri Madugula Nagaphani Sharma, adding a touch of spiritual and traditional grandeur to the occasion. This inaugural performance will pave the way for an eventful day dedicated to showcasing the artistic and cultural diversity of Bharat.
The inauguration will be graced by an array of distinguished guests.

Former Vice President of Bharat, Muppavarapu Venkaiah Naidu will preside as the Chief Guest. Joining him as Guests of Honour will be Union Minister of Coal & Mines G Kishan Reddy; Minister for Excise and Prohibition, Tourism, and Culture, Jupally Krishna Rao; General Secretary of Prajna Pravah Nanda Kumar, ; and Chairman of Pragna Bharati Dr T Hanuman Chowdary.

The venue, Sampradaya Vedika at Shilparamam, HITEC City, will transform into a hub of creativity and tradition. The exhibition promises to feature a wide array of traditional art forms, crafts, and cultural performances, offering a unique platform for artisans and performers to showcase their talents.

In the evening, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, the cultural celebration at Shilparamam will take place with a series of enriching programs designed to showcase the diversity and depth of Bharat’s artistic traditions.

The evening will kick off with Ashtavadhanam by Dr. M. Naga Phani Sharma, a rare and intellectually stimulating performance that demonstrates the ancient tradition of mental agility and poetic mastery. This will be followed by Kalasankarshini Pravesh by Smt. N. Rachana, a graceful and spiritually uplifting art form that blends dance and music. Adding an international flavor, the Armenia Group will present a musical performance, offering a cross-cultural experience for the audience.

Bharat ki Beti, a powerful program by Samskara Bharati, will pay tribute to the strength and resilience of women in Indian society. The evening will also feature a Jugalbandi performance by Dr Y Venkateswara Rao & Party, showcasing the harmonious interplay between different classical music forms.

To conclude the evening, Begum Batool will present a soulful Bhajan – Kirtan, inviting the audience to engage in devotional singing and spiritual reflection. This evening promises to be a spectacular fusion of intellectual, musical, and spiritual expressions, offering something for everyone to appreciate and enjoy.
