Chennai: In a shocking revelation, K Annamalai, the State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), released the “DMK Crime Files,” which purportedly exposed the alleged criminal records of various individuals associated with the ruling DMK party. This comes after the earlier unveiling of DMK files 1, 2, and 3 before the Lok Sabha elections. During a press conference held in Coimbatore on July 22, Annamalai presented a comprehensive list, termed as the “DMK Crime Files,” which meticulously outlines the crimes reportedly committed by DMK party members in the state.

The extensive 18-page document comprises 113 incidents dating from 2021 onwards, providing detailed information such as names, dates, and positions held within the party, accompanied by photographs of the accused individuals. Annamalai aimed to create awareness and facilitate a better understanding of the alleged crimes committed by DMK party members, showcasing the magnitude of the crime graph.

Among the notable figures mentioned in the “DMK Crime Files” is Jaffer Sadiq, a former NRI wing functionary, who is accused of involvement in international drug smuggling. Additionally, the document highlights controversial stage speakers of the DMK, Shivaji Krishnamurthy, DMK MPs A Raja and Kalanidhi Veeraswamy, and Minister SS Sivasankar, all of whom are currently under scrutiny by multiple central government agencies. The BJP dossier also sheds light on the recent brutal killing of BSP state president K Armstrong, implicating three individuals—Arul, M Srinivasan, and Sathish—who are alleged to have links with the DMK.
