Sirajul Mir, residing in the Akunji Para Mor area of Sandeshkhali, and Aftar Mollah, a local Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader from Mollapara in Rampur, have been summoned by the CBI to appear before their office. Both Mir and Mollah are known to have close ties with Sheikh Shahjahan, raising questions about their potential involvement in the attack on the ED premises that occurred on January 5.

The attack on the ED office was a serious incident that garnered widespread attention and condemnation. Now, with the CBI’s involvement and the issuance of notices to individuals connected to Sheikh Shahjahan, the investigation appears to be progressing further.
