The fervour surrounding the imminent consecration of the Sri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is reaching new heights, as political, religious, and cultural luminaries gear up for the historic ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony. In a momentous turn of events, RSS National Executive member Indresh Kumar attended the launch of the song ‘Jai Siya Ram, Shabari Episode,’ symbolising the cultural and spiritual significance of the upcoming event.

The musical narrative, led by the talented singer Manndakini Bora, sets the tone for the grand celebrations. As preparations for the consecration are in full swing, the invitation list boasts an impressive array of personalities, including Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Renowned director Subhash Ghai, who has also received an invitation, expressed his overwhelming happiness, emphasising the cultural landmark that the Sri Ram Mandir represents.

Ghai stated, “Being part of this historic inauguration fills my heart with immense happiness. The construction of the Sri Ram Mandir is not just a cultural landmark but a testament to the rich heritage and spirituality that our nation embraces.”

The guest list extends to other stalwarts of the film industry, including actors Rajinikanth, Madhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher, and Akshay Kumar, along with acclaimed directors Rajkumar Hirani, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and Rohit Shetty, and producer Mahaveer Jain. South Indian celebrities Chiranjeevi, Mohanlal, Dhanush, and Rishab Shetty have also been extended invitations.

Chief Priest of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Acharya Satyendra Das, welcomed the participation of artists in the auspicious event, noting the invitation of several notable figures. He stated, “It is a good thing, artists should come. Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, and many other artists have been invited by the Trust for ‘Pran Pratishtha.’ PM Modi is also coming. All the artists who are coming will be welcomed in Ayodhya.”

The consecration ceremony will witness the main rituals performed by the revered priest from Varanasi, Lakshmi Kant Dixit, adding a touch of sanctity to the proceedings. The festivities, spanning from January 14 to 22, will mark ‘Amrit Mahautsav,’ a period of spiritual significance in Ayodhya.

A notable feature of the celebrations is the 1008 Hundi Mahayagya, a grand ritual that will involve the feeding of thousands of devotees. To accommodate the anticipated surge in attendees, several tent cities are being erected in Ayodhya, ensuring a comfortable stay for the multitude of devotees expected to converge on the temple town.

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust has laid out plans to accommodate between 10,000 to 15,000 people, highlighting the magnitude of the event. Local authorities are leaving no stone unturned to ensure the safety and seamless experience of all attendees. Enhanced security measures and logistical arrangements are underway to manage the influx of visitors during the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.

As Ayodhya transforms into a hub of spiritual fervour and cultural significance, the grand opening ceremony of the Sri Ram Mandir promises to be a milestone in the history of the nation, bringing together diverse personalities to celebrate the rich heritage and spirituality that defines India.
